Im not feeling good right now, today I had a low fat pop tart 130 cals, lunch I had a ham sandwhich, lettuce, tomato, mayo mustard, and water, a 100 cal pack and two apples. Im feeling light headed and my stomach feels funny, Replys would be greatly appreciated!

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 01/31/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx um- ham is only about 25 cals a slice and bread can be a lot less then 250 calories! light bread is 70 calories for both slices and some regualr breads are 70-90 a slice. you should probably switch bread types if it's adding up tp 250 caloreis for 2 slices. that sandwich all together was less then 400 caloreis and the apples burn themselves off anyways and are great for you...

You can eat that sandwitch but you dont need the 100 cal pack and TWO aples. Just have the sandwitch and then an apple. Sandwitches have more calories then people think. You got the bread which adds up around 200-250 calories depending on what kind. Then the ham and colcuts are not very good for you, so they have a lot of salt and calories. Lets say 350, and meyo is all fat, and lettuce and tomatos are good.
