Hey my name is bridget and right know i weigh 165 and my goal is to weigh atleast 150 buy june! if anyone has any ideas that could help me it would be greatly appreciated! Becasue i am tyered of being FAT and clothes not fitting i wanna be thin but i need some ideas on how to shed the pounds because i am now OBESE

It takes a lot of commitmnet, but i know that you can do it! Some tips: 1.) eat breakfast!!! 2.) don't starve yourself, you you will usually gain more weight this way! 3.) join a sport that you enjoy... i do Judo, which is Japanese wrestling/martial art.... once you're interested in a sport, you will find it easier to loose weight! (when i joined judo, i lost 10lbs in two weeks! i lost water weight... and ive kept it off.) 4.) instead of eating yur doritos.... eat dried cranberries, or carrots... (celery is a vge that when you eat you lose more calories than the celery contains.) 5.) if yur into movies/tv.... etc, get on a tredmill in front of the tv, or do stretching in fron t of the tv, yoga... or stairstepper. 6.) when you listen to music, dance along with it! 7.) when sitting at your computer or desk or something, quench yur butt for ten seconds, then release for 5 sec, then clench again... this will help tone your butt! 8.) find a hobby that you enjoy that will get you out of the house more! 9.) don't give up 10.) ENJOY LIFE!!!!! YOU ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE TO LIVE< ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE< AS LONG AS YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
