Hey guys, llast night i was talking to my best friend, who helps me alot with talking about my weight and stuf, but i always feel like she's pressuring me to eat....But anywho thats not it! Lol...ANd we came up with a goal for me...I'd like to get into the 170's (im 183 now), by my party which is on Feb. 12...and its Jan. 31 today...Do you think its possible to loose 4 pounds in 12 days following my daily routines, which are:
B: Cereal with Soymilk and fruit.
L: Tofu and jiuce
D: Salad, and a really healthy stirfry...
Somtimes i'll have a sncakc inbetween Breakfast and Lunch, which is somthing like wheat thins, or goldfish, or cheese and crackers, or fruit....somthing like that!
I drink 8 glasses of water everyday, and for exercise i do 20-40 minutes of kickboxing, 5-10 minutes of kickboxing, 15 regular pushups, and 15 tricep pushups, everyday. Is that good enough to loose atleast 4 pounds in 12 days?? Let me know please!!
