Is this okay for cardio, i ran 1 mile in about 7 minutes and then walked about .10 and then ran 1/2 mile, and then i got off and worked on legs and arms a little and then i ran another mile for about 8 minutes..and it is wierd like i weight myself today and i lost like 20 lbs so far but my body to me looks fatter, ecspecially in my stomach area. i have 6 second abs but i dont think it is working, my stomach looks really gross..ne suggestions?
