im sad !! i was 147 and now im back to 150 and i satrted at 154 i ate 700 cals. today and i walked around all day and went to dance for 2 hours so i burned some of those calories but i gotta get going cuz its already february but how do i do it! ugghhh its really hard

well like she already said, u have to eat more than 1200 calories a day and exercise

You HAVE to eat more than 700 calories. You are not doing "good" if you only eat that many. Your body will go into starvation mode and save everything you eat and turn it to fat. To lose weight safely and effectivily you need to eat at least 1200 calories, and all of it should be healthy food. The exercise part is good though. *Ray*Ray*
