I know you're supposed to eat 1200 calories a day, but is it ok if only 250-300 of that come from breakfast? Because I've found it hard to eat too much in the morning, it makes me sick. I know breakfast is the most important meal, but I just don't want to go to school feeling like I'm about to puke. *Ray*Ray*

ok, the calorie thing is not a myth!! Its not saying that the same calorie, consumed at different times in the day will count differently. no, the obvious truth is that when you go to sleep at night, or whenever, your metabolism slows down. So its not running as fast as when you are awake. SO, of course the calories you consume right before you go to bed wont be burned off as iffistionly as it you ate them earlier in the day and your metabolism had time to burn them off. Its the idea-- whatever your body doesnt burn, it stores, thats how we gain weight! So the later you eat, and less you are burning! I just try not to eat after 8. Good luck!

that's fine. there's this huge myth that calories count more or less at different times of the day(like eating at night) but it's not true. a calorie is a calorie whenever you eat it. the only thing is you want to snack regularly. such as i have 180 calories for breakfast(slimfast optima) but a few hours later i have a pretty big snack of 200-300 calories...
