ugh, i'm 5'3 and 137 lbs..i do taekwondo 3 times a week, i horseback ride once a week, and usually every night i lift weights..and im still a size 28 inches..and my weight always fluctuates..i dont care much about my weight becuase i want muslces, but i dotn wanna look fat. I have fat everywhere! what should i do?

lifting weights will gain muscle mass.
