ok i decided i need a day off im eating whatever i want im i will start up again tomorrow i no its not the best thing but i dont know what else to do the stress is extra heavy

But dont think of it as a day where you are just giving in! Cuz then you will just keep eating and eating! And maybe your diet is too strict, give yourself a little treat on a daily basis so you dont freak out and give in all at once!

When I'm depressed or feel like I can't control anything in my life, it's comforting to know that my eating IS something I can control. SO DON'T THROW IN THE TOWEL, EVEN IF YOU'VE HAD A BAD EATING DAY ALREADY. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO STOP.
