Is it healthy to have 1 fatty food a day? Like today and yesterday I had some sour patch kids and no other junk food. Or should I elminate all fatty food?

Try to find more low-calorie treats, like skinny cow ice cream bars, meringue cookies (5 for 120 calories), and lollipops.
