i weigh myself everyday but get mad cause im either the same or only lost like .1 or .2 pounds so instead of once a week which i wanna do im gonna do everyother day and then ill work my way up to once a week cause ill be more happier about my weight. do u think that will work?

i think that you need to take a break from the scale- you're becoming dangerously obsessed. and you alsready don't eat enough so yeah...maybe you should go talk to someone about it...
