ok, you all are right and im sorry. i wast trying to insult you, i was just frusterated and i really am sorry. i do take medicine for my hypothyroidism, but it isnt a miracle pill, it just keeps me healthy. i wish i could find someone who is going through it too, none of my family really knows what it is, or how hard it is to deal with, if anyone wants to talk about it or anything my email is purpledaisyann@hotmail.com. i appologize if i have offended anyone, please forgive me, i just have been under alot of stress lately. i think im going to do pilates, i have a bad back, so it shouldnt get too strained, thanx for the idea. i just have to find a time to do it when my family isnt around, lol. does anyone do crunches on a regular basis, and does it help? i can do them, and alot at a time, i am just wondering if they really help with belly fat. please write me back, tootles and good luck to everybody.

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/02/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx um- if you have a bad back i wouldn't reccomend crunches. they also only build muscle- they don't burn off the fat right away. another thing is exersize even when your family is there. why not? you're doing something healthy for yourself and shouldn't be embarassed. also, there is ope. my aunt has that same thing and she's gorgeous and thin. she seruiously looks like a model and even though she doesn't do it profesionally she did have 5 pages in the greek equivilant to vogue with her pictures in them...so- if you work at it- you can be where you want to be. also- are you more sensitive to some foods? find out which ones and stop eating them...good luck
