I have a question. I was woundering what you guys consider being thin. I'm 5'2" and I'm 116-117 lbs. I've come here from being 147. I asked my best friend and she said that 105-110 would be the best goal weight range for me. Thanks.

Do you carry a lot of weight in a certain place? Or maybe you are/want to be really muscular- if so your weight can really differ! Just go by how you feel and if you think you look good! The scale is just a number!
