hey i have a question. i have a humongous sweet tooth so it's nearly impossible for me to go without sweets but what if i just have 1 100calorie pack desert (they have like fruit snacks, oreo & chips ahoy crisps)? and diet sodas (i dont drink much soda to begin with though) like maybe once a week, do you think that could help? my mom is a health nut, and my dad had gastric bypass surgery in september, so i eat pretty healthy most of the time, i was just wondering if i should try and do this instead of having regular deserts every other day and stuff.

that's not bad even to have everyday- just fit it into your calorei level...

i think it's totally fine to have dessert every day. I always let myself have a skinny cow ice cream bar or some meringue cookies. That way, I don't end up bingeing on sweet stuff (I have a huge sweet tooth too)
