What would be better to have for lunch which is at like a quarter past 11?....a snack lunch, composed of say 5 healthy snack (example would be: an apple, some soycrips, an apple sauce cup, an apple juice, some soy nuts, and cheese and crackers, and some low-cal soup).....OR....a Meal lunch...which would be an actual main dish then about 2 or 3 snacks (example would be whole wheat pasta in a thermos, an apple, apple jucie, and some carrots
I would have water with both options too, but which would be more helpful towardds weight loss??

both sound really great- why don't you just alternate days?
