Hey guys i am eating a homemade burger right now with no bun or fixins just cheese and meet then im also eating sun chips not many but i am eating some. I am also drinkin tea and not cola like my family. I dont know what to do i havent exercied in 3 days should i exercise for 2 hours tonight to make up for the loss???

no, you may burn more calories but the most important thing with exersize is consistancy- just get back into the habit. you see, every time you exersize then you raise your metabolism a little bit for about a day or two- but after that it starts going down so you have to keep exer5sizing at least every other day. another thing is your metabolism doesn't raise more if you workout for an extra hour. you'll just end up overdoing yourself and not wanting to exersize for a while...
