hey guys, some of u said u have big thighs, well do wall sits, my legs kill when i do 3 for 90 sec so do like 3 for 40 sec, or start at like 20 and work ur way up, ur legs will slim down, my have!!!

But i dance and skate and that muscle is already huge.-- i need exercises to work the "saddlebag" area and the inside of the thighs too! Any ideas!!
