Hey all!
Umm today i did pretty good food wise: Breakfast was a bagel and creamcheese, Lunch was soup and some crackers with cheese, and dinner was cannaloni...as far as exercise i took a break from kickboxing but i did 20 min of strength training, such as situps, pushups, leg lifts etc....! Yeeeuep!
OOO and i measured my waist todya and i lost 2 inches in the last 2 weeks!!!!! :)
