Please help. I eat when I hav a headache cos it helps and then my headache wil go away or when im stressed out or sad kinda like comfort food. I have only gaines weight im 5ft4 and i weigh 155 pounds plz help

ok well, for the head aches, jsut go the the pharmacy and pick up an over teh counter drug like asprin or IBprophin. Those work great for headaches. IF you dont like medicne, then have a cup of hot tea and hold it to your head and drink it too! thats always helps.
