The begining of last year I went on the slimfast diet and Lost about 15pounds about in a month in a half it felt really good i excersized about 30 minutes a day on the lateral thigh trainer it really works you just have to stay determined the bad thing is i went off the diet and my weight went back up to 161. Now im going to restart the diet and hopefully lose 38 pounds thats my goal since i know this diet can work im going to stick with it i want to be healthy and i want to be able to wear cute mini skirts this summer. If you want to know the diet plan I drunk Can of slimfast in the morning a piece of fruit and one bottle of water for a snack i had a dannon low fat yogurt for lunch the same as breakfest and dinner a lean cuisean meal. absolutley no cheating.If i got hungrey later i had a fruit Drink lots and lots of water the slimfast diet does work with excersize good luck my goal weight is 125 wish me luck

but yeah- if you follow it well then you do lose a lot. i lost 30lbs on it before. i went through stressful months of binging though and gained back 20lbs...

you didn't follow the slimfast meal plan very well. go to www.slimfast.com because it looks like you were eating way less then what the plan had in mind...
