HI! I'm Ashlee and Im 15, i am about 5'9 and i way 205, I posted here about a year ago, but havent since then, I went through some bad stuff over the summer and i turned to food for comfort, has anyone else done that, well i gained 35 pounds, I am overweight, and i am sick of feeling sick from my weight, i get headaches, my back hurts, and i just ache, my doctor says the only way to stop it is to lose weight, I do have Winsor Pilates, Walk Away the Pounds, a treadmill, and a Tae Bo tape, if i do these, do you think i will lose weight, PLUS is there a way to lose like 5 pounds real fast, just as a Jumpstart,or determintation booster, Thanx, and sorry its so long

I weigh 205 too!!!lol i want to lose about 50lbs or so. I have already lost 10 lbs. All i did was eat healthy and exercised everyday. I did kickboxing. IT IS SOOO FUN. Some days i would crank up some music and dance in my basement until i fell over. lol GOOD LUCK. U COULD DO IT!!!!

I do think you'll lose weight since it is exercising. I think you should gain muscle. Muscle does weigh more than fat. But then you'll "melt away" the fat. I hope you aren't still seeking food for comfort though. I did that too, and yeah I gained A LOT of weight because of it. Drink 8 cups of water, that should be 1.5 liters. :D well good luck.
