the last like 4 days i haven't gotten around to getting to the gym, but i've eaten a little less than normal , ive lost like 2 lbs tho! so i'm wondeirngi f it isn't good to just mix up not eating as much and then like 4 days eat a little bit more but excersize?

it depends on how little you're talking about. it is fine as long as you don't do it for a long time and make sure you're eating 50-60g of protien a day so that you don't slow down your metabolism by losing muscle mass. the secret to successful weightloss though is consistancy- be consistant with your exersizing!
