Well, what can i say? I worked my ass off all week working out and eating healthy, and i am exactly the same weight as i was 1 week ago! I know, I know, its because i probably just replaced it with muscle...but then that means i have to loose all 4 of the pounds i want to (in order to get to my 179 goal)...in 7 days! Well, today i'm doing 40 min. or kickboxing, then 20 minutes of pilates....tommorow i have dance for 3 hours, and the rest of the week i'll just do forty minutes of kickboxing, and a 10 minute strength routine every single day! argg I know i have lost inches in the past two weeks, and quite alot of them...but thats just not as satisfying as seeing the numbers drop on the scale...you know?Well today im going to the mall with some friends, and i'm not going to eat there because there's no healthy food. I was a little off food wise thisd week...but next week I'm going to be strict, but still have fun with it. I love my kickboxing videos, so ill keep doing those....well...wish me luck.xoxoMp.s how does lent work? I'd love to use that to help me! lol

it sounds like you might be stck in a rut. Pick a day to eat more food, and then get back on your program the next day. That'll help your body get off the plateau.
