What do i need to improve?Breakfast- A bowl of Cheerios Lunch- A PB&J sandwhich with yogurt and a hot dog Dinner- Rolls, potatoes, and corn with some gravy, and i went on a 2 mile bike ride after lunch, with no food after 7...is that good exercise? and what do i need to fix on my food thing? THANKS!
