I just did the most stupid thing!!! I just ate enough food for like 3 days, just because it's Super Bowl, and my Eagles just lost, I blame McNabb, i actually feel nasuea i ate so much, how do i stop overeating at such "big" events?

i didn't really eat that much, and i's stuffed. try drinking a glass of warm water every night b4 u go to bed every night, it makes ur stomach shrink, then you will get fuller quicker
