Hey its my first time to this website and I wanted to come in here for support and to support others. I am 5'6 and 180 pounds I get made fun of at school and it is hard to find guys that would even look at me without laughing. I try new diets every once in a while but it is hard to keep a diet and excercise regularly with school. If anyone would like to be like my buddy or give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it!! xoxo
Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 02/07/05 - IP#: 84.160.148.xxx hey, you totally came to the right place! We are all here to loose weight heathily, and most importantly, PERMINATELY!!! IF you have no idea where to begin, you need to start out with a simple exercise plan! Do things sometime in the day (does matter when, despite all the ppl saying when the best time to exercise is-- i do it right before bed...) like a bunch of crunches or Pilates. Look up beginner exercises online. Or if you are already really active, then up your workout! And then, just as importantly, you need to focus on your diet. Dont do some silly crash diet that lets you lose 20lbs in a week, cuz the lbs ALWAYS come back, and usually bring more with them. So, make sure you eat at least 1200cl a day, and most of that should be healthy stuff like fruits and veggies and the "good" stuff from the food pyramid. Ok, hope i helped!
