Omg i feel like such a fat hog, last night i went to a superbowl party and ate and ate and ate, 2 pieces of pizza, 5 chicken wings, carrots, and a WHOLE bunch of chips and taco dip, cheese curd, crackes, peanuts and other stuff, i am such a failure, but i had about 12-15 glasses of water. this morning i weight myself and i gained like 5 extra lbs and my stomach looks huge. idk if it is because i ate so much or water weight. does ne one know? please help i am gonna cry

To be completly honest, I have to say that I'm not so sure it is water weight, considering that it would have already been, you know...flushed out of your system, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it is food weight either. Even thought it also depends on how fast your metabolism is, I don't think that it is all food, because there are about 2 500 calories in a pound, and 2 pieces of pizza is only equivalent to about less than 100 calories. Don't worry, at least you ate to your appetite!!

Just eat normally today (with normal exercise too) and dont weigh yourself tomorrow. In a week or so when you do weigh yourself again, you will be pleased with the results :o)

Think about this: each pound is an EXTRA 3, 500 calories. so you definitely could not have gained too much weight, even if you did eat a lot. But don't stress about it. Just get back on thte program. This is part of life! Everyone messes up once in a while.
