hey im susan. ive been struggling for quite some time to lose weight. I had lost the weight but gained it back. I have a really bad depression problem, also i just moved and im not sure where everything is so there isnt anywhere for me to go! I need some help on losing weight with out costing alot of money.Can anyone help?

hey susan, for your information... weight loss is FREE(almost...)! You dont need a treadmill or anything, you just need exercise and healthy foods. A pear is less expensive than a cheesecake :-P. Anyways... youve come to the right place! We are all here to help you lose weight and feel better about yourself! Welcome! hehe. Anyways, just do everything you KNOW will help you lose weight like exercising every so often and eating about 1300 calories a day in a healthy foods. We're all doing it! And we're all depressed every so often... especially in a new place. It'll get better! I promise!
