Im overweight or so i think . I get so mad when my parants make me eat a big dinner and when people say than I'm not that fat i wheigh 11stone 4pounds.So on monday i'm going to start to exercise and not eat a lot of sweets and crap food is it ok to compleatly cut out all the crap food strate away or should I cut them out slowly.  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

you really cant get help till you tell us how tall you are. Cuz seriously, your weight could be perfectly fine for your height, or it could be overweight. You can tell however by going to the weight calculator on this site and see if you really are overweight. So please do that!! Ok, so saying that you are really overweight, why wait till next monday to start? Start today! No, start right now, take all the junk food outta your room if theres any there, replace it with healthy stuff if you really need snack foods, but better yet, leave the food in the kitchen! good luck!
