Hey people so far i have lost 5 lbs and doing really good. but im not aloud to go walking any more so what are some other things to do?

One set is called The Firm, which is a mix of cardio and weights, and Walk Away The Pounds, which is a video where if you like walking, this is the one for you. Go to like barnes and noble and check them out.

They work just as well if not better than walking. hehe... richard simmons is just the only dude i know of--- there are prolly more out there. cant say i recomend him either... ive never exactly used him... hehe
