What I WOULD definitely do is go for non-processed carbs. Those include food that has dietary fiber (check on the package). Try cereal with dietary fiber, whole wheat bread, pita, etc. Stay away from highly processed carbs like crackers and bagels. Popcorn is great too. You can have a lot of it for very few calories.

Reply from kels, Age 16 - 02/11/05 - IP#: 63.77.244.xxx you'll be better of if you eat less carbs carbs weight you down, and only give you energy for a short amiunt of time before you crash. I sugest the you add an egg or some vegetarian sausage or bacon (watch out for fat content) into your breakfast, and add a few slices of lean lunch meat and some veggies to you bagel at lunch hope i can help. Ps. take a nature walk, with a few intervals of jogging or spirinting to get your heart rate up., it'll make you feel better about yourself, help get rid of the feeling of "being bad" for eating
Reply from Hayley, Age 15 - 02/11/05 - IP#: 64.172.59.xxx do you have any exercise videos? How about putting MTV on or VH1 and just dancing to the music? You could also just run around your house, into every little room. Jog, and then suddenly sprint, and then jog, and sprint. It helps you burn more calories.
