Hi, i weight im 5'7 and i weight 147 pounds. I want to lose 17 lbs by prom on april 16, does any one have any good ideasps. has any one here tried pilates? i used a dvd and a balance ball, and im lovin it

pilates is great, it really works on your core (abs and back). Great if you need work in those areas. IT also makes you flexible and just stronger.

no i haven't but im always watchin the thing on tv and it says i think 20 min 3 times a week? if im correct anyway i have been thinking about getting it i know it will take awhile which bugs me to come in cuz when i ordered the bun and thigh roller it didn't come it till like 3 weeks and everyday im just like WHENS IN COMIN IN haha okay but thats not that point, do you have to go on a diet when your do the palates? (however u spell it)
