well today i was feeling really good about my self because in foods class we made huge chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and everyone in my class were eating themn today in class and i didnt even have one, but then i went to workout and i see all those really skinny girls there and i almost cried because i want to look like them, but i was wondering if this is okay, i did a mile on the elptical and then worked alittle on arms and legs but when i get home i never want to work on abs till after dinner, is it okay to wait till after dinner to do an ab workout? please reply

Of course! You can do your ab work out any time! I do mine right before I go to bed. And good job for saying no to the cup cake. And dont worry about all about those skinny girls...soon you will be one of them. Just use them as inspiration i guess. I think your doing a fine job and keep it up!!

when u work out doesnt really matter. Some people say it's better to work out in the morning, some say the afternoon. Its just whenever u have the most energy. When ever u work out, your going to burn off the same calories. Unfortunately the other post had a theory that u were burn off before and after dinner calories. you'll have the same colorie deficit either way
