Like drop out the soda, if not completley, then just one every other day. Or dont eat chips. Whatever you know you eat that is unhealthy, stop. But that doesnt mean you cant have a chocolate bar every once in a while. Just think about what you eat, eat to live, dont live to eat!! And otherwwise, get going on a good exercise plan, running, or your fav sport or whatever. Good luck!1

I use to notice about myself before I lost weight that I would try to diet and it would only make it harder for me to lose the weight. One day I just started paying attention to when I was really hungry and I ate what I wanted but I stopped when I was full. I didn't exercise but I stayed active and did a lot of things with friends and We'd have a lot of fun. The truth is...If you stop making your life all about diets and food, you will lose weight.
