okay- tomorrow i'll be starting some hard-core conditioning for tennis season. does anyone have any really good drills that a single person could do? i'm going to be hitting it against the eall working on my aim and practicing my serv by marking out the right spots on the floor. i'll be running backwards and forwards and from side to side and touching the floor. i'll also be doing strength training and lunges and wall sits. but does anyone have anything very effective?

i think that u are doing great. That will work wonders!!!!!!!!! I agree with clifford, do suicides. They are challenging but fun. GOOD LUCK
