i dont get it, ive been gaining weight but im only eating aboud 1100-1200 cal a day and have softball 3 times a week, volleyball 2 times and do 400 crunches a night... whats happing?

Your metabolism has probably slowed down because you are not eating enough. Raise your calorie intake to about 1500, and it might help.

BEFORE KRISTI ONLY FEEDS US 500 CALORIES, LETS KEEP IT FOR LATER!" your going to have to wait a while before your body realizes its not deprived. THATS why everyone keeps telling everyone to eat enough calories, and to take weight loss slow. Now, this may be the wrong kristi im talking to... if it IS the wrong kristi, then a new suggestion, your getting muscle! the weight will leave soon enough!
