Hey, im 15 years old and i weigh 140 lbs but im very active in sports until i tore my acl and now i can't play soo how do i keep in shape and how do i loose my little pooch on my stomach

exersize videos...wait...all you want to do is loose a little pouch? are you even overweight? oh and by the way- it's bad to lose all of the fat on your stomach. women need that to have children- we're supposed to have it~!
