Hey everyone, I kinda fell off today but I tried to work it off..Breakfast I had a low fat poptart and milk. Lunch..two small square slices of pizza (cheese) and for dinner I had a small burger no fries. Oh and I had like 5 reeses cups..no fruit today :(..and I did 50 cunches and 200 arm circles..gettin rid of that arm fat :)
