ok so, ive decided its time to start counting calories cuz i dont seem to be loosing any weight even with my exercises. SO tell me what you think. I had a bowl of cereal of breakfast with super whole milk. I know thats bad, but there literally isnt any other kind where i am. Then i had a few pickles for a snack, and for lunch i had pasta with a cream and veggie sauce. I ODed on the pasta, musta had like a cup or more or the stuff. And a glass of milk with lunch too. For dinner i will probably have bread with cheese, milk and tea. Whatcha guys think? Is that enough, too little, too much? Here in germany the main meal is lunch, so i have bread for every dinner and always something big for lunch. But i have taught myself not to take second helpings! OH and i found an ab workout in a mag- get Fergie's (from Black Eyed Peas) stomach. Supposed to show results in two weeks or so. LET IT BE KNOWN I START THAT TODAY. Ill post in two weeks to let you all know!

where's the protien and fruits? i think you shoul;d work on balancing out your diet a bit more...loom up what your daily requirements for everything is with your body mass...

you should maybe try to stay away from the cream sauces, if thats possible, but otherwise your doing fine! whole milk is good for you, not as good as skim, but still, you need they calcium and other nutrients in milk. good luck on the new healthy habits!
