hi im 5"6.5 and i weigh 190 i would like to get down to 160 by next september and get toned muscles. i need some help so if you could give me advice on eating and exercising plz reply or ask me for my hotmail. and i wss also wondering if i lost that much weight would i have loose skin??(but i can't start exercising for about a month i broke my shoulder about a month ago) and the doctor said i am still gonna grow a lil bit so will this affect the skin thingplz reply hahah thanx

Eat less calories...about 1200...I'd normally say more but since you can't do much for exercise you'll really have to cut back. Once you can start exercising again you start eating more calories...not too many more obviously though. Is there any kind of exercise you can do? You could just walk everyday. I know its Winter but, you could get a gym membership...or if you live in a warm climate that shouldn't really be an issue. Make sure your calories come from healthy food...you'll need the vitamins and such. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*
