hii i was 143 on Jan. 1st this year and now i am 136...but sometimes when i weigh myself im like 138?? what happends...like in the same day too.... my nutritionist told me to weigh myself once a week in the morning b/c i will wiegh less. BUT..does anyone have like quotes or phrases that they think of when they are thinking about eating or if they are about to blow their diet over something stupid AND my goal for tommorow is to not cheat @ ALL!!

It's this sad, empty feeling that I know what I just did I shouldn't have, and it didn't help me feel better. (I'm an emotional eater) Whenever you're about to overeat, just think, "why am I eating?" If your answer is, because you're hungry, then go for it. But if not, then grab some water. I also wear a skinny little bracelet that is kind of my "weight loss bracelet" It just looks like any old bracelet but everytime I reach my hand out to get food I see the bracelet and it kind of reminds me to stay on track. Little things like that help me.

I used to be able to caculate how much my clothes were in lbs. It was crazy. But I stopped and lost more weight. You just gotta do it once a week in the morning. Because you can be 123 one day and 133 the next. Its crazy! So once a week. You must trust yourself and your diet. And in the end, you wil be sucesful. A quote I use when I want to give up and eat anything is..."A taste on the lips is a lifetime at the hips".
Reply from candi, Age 13 - 02/16/05 - IP#: 65.34.128.xxx umm if your thinkng about blowing your diet these things work for me...staring at the "non diet food" and think of it like looking at ten pounds of body fat that totaly grosses me out or keep telling your self how proud you will be of your self if you stick to your diet...i hope i helped a little
