Hey everyone,whats up? Not much here, well today I think I did okay..for breakfast I had two slices of bacon and scrambled eggs. Lunch I had a can of Chef Boyardi Ravioli, then a orange. For dinner I had 1 baked chicken leg and mac and cheese with water..lots of water all day..then and orange for a snack after dinner.. then I did about 30-35 crunches, 10 pushups and i started doing leg lifts my way and my knee started messing up on me so I stoped after that..how did I do? =)

Hey well you ate about the right ammount but the choice in foods are okay. Chef boyarde has tons of salt in it which isent good. Mac and cheese does also. If you cut out some of that stuff with more home made foods and more exersice, you will see results faster. However, you are on the right track to eating enough food. Good for you!

you did awsom if this is your first day after awile you need to get rid off most of your carbs and insted of your only baked chiken but it on some plain lettece and eat it its alot healthyer. but you relly did good heres a tip too take a five minute jog every day twice a day it will boost your energy
