everytime i post i hardly get a reply.. and i really need help on something.. today i ate soo much and im very disappointed n myself.. but i am thinking of a plan.. should i eat 3 meals and 400 cals per meal.. or 6 mini meals with 200 calories a meal?? please post n tell me which u think is best

ON the weekends or whenver you don't have school and not busy 6 meals of 200 (the reason i say that is because i'm usually board so if i space it out i don't over eat because i'll soon be full)
