how long should i walk everyday? does it matter if i walk for a long time or jog for a short time? im sorta confused...so can some one help me? o and also umm is this ok for a daily diet plan breakfast: cottage cheese w/ fruit lunch: salad without dressing dinner: chicken breast and salad or another type of vegitable and for desserts and snack i will have fruit i dunno if thats ok but can some one let me kno?

I say that you should walk for 45 minutes

Now that is a very good diet plan. Just make sure your dessert is not fattening! Also, jogging is better then running but walking is good too. Try walking for a mile and jogging for a 1/2 a mile. Then build it up!
