Hey! Anyone know any good ab exercises because my new years resolution was to have noticable abs by summer. So does anyone know anything I can do besides sit-ups, crunches, and leg lifts? Thanks!!!!

Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 02/18/05 - IP#: 84.160.143.xxx theres a really godo thing you can do, i dont know what its called, but its a different kind of crunch. You get into the same position as a normal crunch, but put your hands behind your head if you dont already, and make sure your elbows stick way out. Then lift up useing abs like a crunch, but twist so that your left elbow touches your right knee. At the same time bring that knee(right) up to meet elbow. The other leg (left), extend it straight out so bout your thighs are at the same level, but one kneee is bent and the other isnt. Hold the twist for a few seconds, then switch sides. Did i explain that alright? It makes sense to me, but i already know how to do it. You can cjeck online, its a popular Pilates move. It helps HUGE amounts! And you can really feel the burn. And with the twisting motion it hits the sides of your abs too! Good luck!
