Crunches, situps, 6 inches (lay on your back and lift feet 6 inches from floor, hold for a minute or 2), the plank (lay on your stomach and then left up on your elbows and feet, keep your back flat, hold for a minute or 2). Good luck! *Ray*Ray*

I gave up candies and ice cream for lent. Last year I lost 4 pounds alone from doing that. So this year, since I work-out everday, I should loose even more.
