ok a copuple of questions....how can i lose inches on my thighs? and i would like to lose 13 pounds in 5 weeks, what can i do to lose that weight? i really screwed up this week and gained like 3 pounds back and im really mad so if i ate B-110 calorie yogourt, L-100 calorie snack pack and grapes, S- 110 calorie yogourt, D-w/e the mother is serving, and S-(if im hungary) 110 calorie yogourt...it will probably add up to 1200 with the dinner and w/e so if ate tat every day for the next 5 wks and do about an hour (sumtimes more with phy ed. and dance class) of physical activity will i b able to lose tat 13 pounds in 5 weeks? o and by the way that yougourt is "light" and its suppose to burn fat with a reduced calorie diet. so please tell me if this will work and if you have any suggestions feel free to comment! thanks mucho..o and by the way im 137 pounds and 5'6, i would like to be 124 in 5 weeks! losing 2.5 pounds a week so what else should i do?

omg this is a website for OVERWEIGHT people u make me feel bad when you say that you want to lose weight and you only weight 137 I wanna weight less than u for my goal but whatever I think that ur plan is gonna work!

stop the math aND JUST DO THE BEST YOU CAN. and if you really wanted to lose weight you wouldn't be sitting on your butt typing
