okg i am soo uset right now!!! First of all,I just found out my "best friend" has been calling my sister and I fat (my sister is 5'5" and shes a size 8 and shes 18!)!! And i found out my "bf" has been like telling this girl that i absolutely hate all this crap about me thats not even true and my "bf" makes fun if me all the time suppossedly and ok I am fat but so is my "bf" shes a 14 and im a 10, whos fatter? and im 4 inches taller than her so she loks even fatter!!1 I am just soo upset right now!! i just wanna lose a lot of weight right now so i canjust show her off and OMG! i am just so...so..there aren't even words. I guess hurt. idk. i just NEED to lose weight. *tear*

Use your anger as motivation! Walking briskly or jogging is a good way to de-stress. Even after the anger wears off, you'll be feeling better and probably won't want to stop. My sister(I guess it would be worse with your best friend, tho) exclaimed "Eww look at your stomach it's huge!", because I was wearing a shirt that showed my stomach, and "you're so fat", and "if you wore a bikini, you would look disgusting." I mean, all those things ARE true, but it really hurts. :\
