im so craving food right now. i started eating healthy feb.1 and i have messed up ONCE. i am so proud of myself, i have lost 8 pounds. i really really am craving food right now, any advice about resisting cravings??!!

i hate water, and i know everyone seems to love it, i dunno how or why... i think it tastes just like whatever you at last, but in a bad way. SO, when im hungry, (this is especially good for the winter) i make myself a nice cup of tea. That way you get water, no calories, and a good taste.

so....sometimes, u just cant ignore cravings, so keep lower fat alternatives of ur fave craves, like i crave ice cream a lot, i keep WW ice cream sandwiches, wich are low fat, and have built in portion control, as long as u eat one

Always remember what the reasons are for your diet. When you crave sweets....do sit ups* Once you are finally in the habit of eating all health foods, youll never even think about sweets, etc. Keep up the good work!

well if u r really hungry 4 a food ur not supposed 2 have just drink water and excercises it will keep u busy and is good 4 u
