I am 14 years old, 192 pounds. 5' 8". I tried losing weight a few times, without good results. What kind of plan should I get into? I know losing weight fast is not the answer, but I'd like to lose around 20 pounds in 4-5 months. Is this unrealistic?

You should deffinetly try weight watchers. That's not really a diet, its a life-style change. You can loose up to 3 pounds a week depending on how you use your points. USe the point system and also exercise. Go to the website for more info, the weight also stays off after you loose unlike Atkins and other fad diets. Good Luck.
