I am going on the slimfast diet. but i herd that the reason u lose weight is b/c it has a lot of fiber, so u go 2 the bathroom a lot. lol <3 bri
Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/22/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx no- it only has 5g of fiber, but that's what you should be getting out of a balanced meal. basically- the reason why slimfast works isn't because of drugs or anything- because it doesn't have that. it just offers the nutrition you need for a meal with way less calories so that you can cut down on calories with out cutting back on the things your body needs...
